Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Solid Foundation Software ("we," "us") governing your use of the PoshRelist app ("the app"). By downloading or using PoshRelist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What PoshRelist does

PoshRelist is a guided relisting tool for Poshmark sellers. It syncs your closet, works out which listings have been sitting the longest, and shows them to you one at a time so you can skip a listing or relist it. For each relist you keep the current price or choose a new one and decide what happens to the original: PoshRelist can publish an independent fresh listing and then delete the original, replace the original with a copy, or publish a copy and leave the original up. PoshRelist is a tool you operate — nothing is relisted until you tap Relist, and nothing runs in the background or on a schedule.

2. Your Poshmark account and responsibilities

PoshRelist is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Poshmark, Inc. "Poshmark" is a trademark of its owner. A Poshmark account is required to publish relists.

• You sign in to Poshmark through Poshmark's own login, and you authorize PoshRelist to use that session to read your closet and, when you choose, to publish a relisted copy of a listing, apply the price you picked, delete or archive the original listing as the relist mode you selected requires, and save the changes you make to a listing's details or photos.
• You are responsible for your Poshmark account and for ensuring your use of PoshRelist complies with Poshmark's own terms of service and policies, including its rules about how listings may be created, copied, and removed.
• You are responsible for the listings you publish and the prices you set, and for reviewing your closet after a relist.
• Relisting changes your closet. Deleting or archiving an original listing is done on Poshmark and we cannot reverse it. With Replace Original, Poshmark moves the listing's likes to the new listing; comments and offer history do not carry over, and a fresh listing created with Create New starts with none of them.
• Relisting does not guarantee sales, views, visibility, or any particular position in Poshmark's search or feed. We make no promise about results.

3. Subscriptions and billing

PoshRelist is free to download. The free plan includes 10 successful relists per calendar month, with the same guided workflow, price controls, and progress tracking as Pro. The optional auto-renewable subscription, PoshRelist Pro, removes that cap and gives you unlimited relists every month. It is offered on a monthly or annual basis.

• What counts. A relist counts against the free allowance only once PoshRelist has verified that the new listing was published. Failed or cancelled attempts don't count, and deleting the original after a completed relist isn't counted as a second relist. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month on your device, and unused free relists do not roll over. Usage is tracked on your device, not on a server.
• Price. In the United States, Pro is $14.99 per month or $149 per year. Prices in other territories are set through the App Store; the current price is always shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm a purchase.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Free trial. In the United States, the monthly and annual plans are offered with a one-week free introductory trial. The trial is shown in the app only when the plan and your Apple Account are eligible for it. You won't be charged during the trial, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple Account settings on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies; we cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PoshRelist on Apple devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where the law permits.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PoshRelist to:

• violate any law or the rights of others, including Poshmark's terms;
• relist in ways Poshmark's terms and policies don't allow, or to disrupt Poshmark's platform or other sellers;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account, including closets that aren't yours; or
• misrepresent listings or engage in deceptive sales practices.

6. Intellectual property

PoshRelist, including its design and software, is owned by Solid Foundation Software and protected by law. Your listing photos, descriptions, and other content remain yours; relisting an item does not transfer any ownership of your content to us.

7. Disclaimers

PoshRelist is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular sales, visibility, or ranking result. Relisting depends on Poshmark's own service, which can change, fail, or become unavailable, so a relist may not finish. You are responsible for reviewing changes to your listings. We are not responsible for actions Poshmark takes on your account or for changes to Poshmark's platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solid Foundation Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, sales, listings, or data, arising out of or related to your use of PoshRelist. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using PoshRelist at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Solid Foundation Software's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

12. Apple App Store

PoshRelist is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. The following applies to your use of the app obtained from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Solid Foundation Software only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or consumer-protection claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
