Privacy Policy

PoshRelist is built to keep your data on your device. We don't show ads, we don't track you, and we never sell your data. The only thing we collect is a small set of anonymous usage events — see Analytics.

Who we are

PoshRelist ("the app," "we," "us") is developed by Solid Foundation Software. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. You can reach us any time at support@poshrelist.app.

Information stored on your device

• Your Poshmark closet. When you connect your Poshmark account, PoshRelist reads your closet — your handle, listings, prices, categories, and cover images — and stores them in a database on your device so you can build promos from them.
• Your Poshmark login session. You sign in through Poshmark's own web login inside the app. PoshRelist stores the resulting session (cookies) on your device so you don't have to sign in every time. We do not receive or store your Poshmark password.
• Promos and images. The promo campaigns you create, and copies of your original and styled cover images, are saved on your device. With your permission, PoshRelist can also save these images to a "PoshRelists" album in your Photos library. PoshRelist only adds images you create — it does not read your existing photo library.
• App settings. Your preferences and promo reminders are stored locally on your device.

Information that leaves your device

• Poshmark. PoshRelist uses your own logged-in Poshmark session to read your closet and — when you choose to apply or revert a promo — to update your listing cover photos on your behalf. Your use of Poshmark is governed by Poshmark's own privacy policy.
• Apple. If you subscribe to PoshRelist Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Apple handles payment; PoshRelist only learns whether you have an active subscription — never your payment card or Apple ID password. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Support you send us. If you email us for help, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
• Anonymous usage analytics. A small set of events telling us which parts of the app get used, and where they fail. See Analytics below.

Analytics

PoshRelist collects a small set of anonymous usage events (for example: a campaign was applied, a paywall was shown). These events contain no names, listing content, photos, or identifiers that link to you or your Poshmark account. They are processed on our behalf by Aptabase (aptabase.com), a privacy-focused analytics service; the data is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to track you across apps.

What we don't do

• We don't use advertising or tracking SDKs.
• We don't track you across other apps or websites.
• We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Notifications

With your permission, PoshRelist schedules local reminders (for example, when a promo is ending). These are generated on your device — there is no push notification server.

Data retention and deletion

Because your data lives on your device, you're in control of it. You can reset your data from the app's Settings, sign out to clear your Poshmark session, or delete the app to remove everything it stored. Any images you chose to save to your Photos library remain there until you delete them.

Children

PoshRelist is intended for Poshmark sellers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you in the app.
