Privacy Policy

PoshRelist is built to keep your data on your device. We don't show ads, we don't track you, and we never sell your data. The only thing we collect is a small set of anonymous usage events — see Analytics.

Who we are

PoshRelist ("the app," "we," "us") is developed by Solid Foundation Software. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. You can reach us any time at support@poshrelist.app.

Information stored on your device

• Your Poshmark closet. PoshRelist reads your closet — your handle, your listings and their prices, categories, photos, likes, and whether an item has sold — and stores it in a database on your device so it can work out which listings have gone stale and are worth relisting. Reading your public closet does not require a login or your password.
• Your Poshmark login session. If you connect your account, you sign in through Poshmark's own web login inside the app. The resulting session stays in the app's web view on your device so you don't have to sign in every time. We do not receive or store your Poshmark password, and the app does not copy your session cookies anywhere else.
• Your relisting work. Your relist history, the listings you've skipped, your daily goal, how old a listing has to be before it counts as stale, the price choices you make, and which relist mode you prefer are all stored locally.
• Backups of relisted listings. When you relist by creating a fresh listing, PoshRelist first saves a local backup of the original — its text and its photos — so the listing isn't lost if something goes wrong. While a relist is unfinished, you can export its backup from Pending Relists. Completed backups are deleted automatically 30 days after the relist finishes.
• Photos. PoshRelist only adds photos to your Photos library, and only when you tap Save Photos on a listing: it saves that listing's photos into a "PoshRelist" album. It asks for photo access to find or create that album — it does not browse or read the rest of your photo library.
• App settings and diagnostics. Your preferences are stored locally, along with a log of what happened during each relist run, so you can see why something failed. Those logs stay on your device unless you choose to share one with us.

Information that leaves your device

• Poshmark. PoshRelist reads your public closet from Poshmark without a login. If you connect your account, it uses your own logged-in Poshmark session to make the changes you ask for — and only when you tap the button: publishing a relisted copy of a listing (which re-uploads that listing's photos to Poshmark), applying the price you chose, deleting or archiving the original when the relist mode you picked calls for it, and saving the changes you make to a listing's details or photos. Nothing is relisted in the background or on a schedule. Your use of Poshmark is governed by Poshmark's own privacy policy.
• Apple. If you subscribe to PoshRelist Pro, the purchase is processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Apple handles payment; PoshRelist only learns whether you have an active subscription — never your payment card or Apple Account password. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Support you send us. If you email us for help, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, including a run log if you decide to attach one.
• Anonymous usage analytics. A small set of events telling us which parts of the app get used, and where they fail. See Analytics below.

There is no PoshRelist server. Solid Foundation Software does not operate a backend for the app, so your closet, your listings, your photos and your relists never pass through our systems.

Analytics

PoshRelist collects anonymous usage events, such as onboarding steps, screen visits, closet sync outcomes, whether a Poshmark sign-in succeeded or was cancelled, and relisting results. We also collect subscription plan, purchase outcome, renewal, and entitlement status for analytics. We do not receive payment details or send receipts or transaction identifiers to Aptabase. These events contain no Poshmark handles, account or listing identifiers, listing titles, photos, prices, or anything else that links to you or your Poshmark account; counts are rounded into ranges rather than reported exactly. They are processed on our behalf by Aptabase (aptabase.com), a privacy-focused analytics service; the data is never sold, shared for advertising, or used to track you across apps.

What we don't do

• We don't use advertising or tracking SDKs.
• We don't track you across other apps or websites.
• We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Notifications

PoshRelist has no notification server and does not send you push notifications. It doesn't schedule reminders for you either: a relist only happens while the app is open and you tap Relist. A diagnostic screen inside the app can post a sample notification to your own device — iOS asks for your permission the first time — and that notification is generated on your device and sent to no one.

Data retention and deletion

Because your data lives on your device, you're in control of it. Reset Closet in the app's Settings clears your setup and starts you over, and signing out on the Poshmark account screen clears your Poshmark session. Deleting the app removes the database, the backups, and the logs it stored. Two things outlive that on purpose: photos you chose to save to your Photos library stay there until you delete them, and the number of free relists you've used this month is kept in your device's keychain so it survives a reinstall — it holds a month and a count, nothing about your listings. Listings you've already published to Poshmark live on Poshmark; removing the app doesn't undo a relist.

Children

PoshRelist is intended for Poshmark sellers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you in the app.
